WORKSHOP POLICIES: PLEASE READ
Class Size Policy for Candles:
We require a minimum of 4 guests to hold a workshop as scheduled. We will contact you if a class needs to be postponed and will issue you a class voucher in the full amount you originally paid. You will be able to use your class voucher for any future class at AR Workshop Fort Myers.
Refund Policy:
• Due to the custom nature of our projects and business, we do not offer refunds.
• We understand emergencies happen. If you cannot attend on the class date you registered for, email us at fortmyers@arworkshop.com ASAP and we will be happy to transfer your registration to a future class. Reschedules must be made within 30 days from original class date. *We will only accept cancelations via email. (No voicemails please)
• We will waive the *transfer fee if notice was received MORE THAN 72 hours from your class date.
• Notice received LESS THAN 72 hours from your class date will be charged a $25 transfer fee.
• Guests who do not email or contact us prior to class starting are considered a no show and forfeit their registration fee. *No exceptions please.
